Once we receive your email we will respond as needed. Give us at least one business day before you expect a response. We can handle the bulk of all requests with just a few emails.

About domain 'transfers':

Just about every request we get from a new contact is to 'transfer the domain' or 'get control of my domain', this is rarely what you need, it is a general purpose phrase used because you haven't determined what you really need yet or, have been given incorrect information. If we have the domain in our databases it is under control and is have tracked so it will do what you need.
